Assessments
The assessments we conduct are often accomplished
through web based surveys, phone or in-person interviews, document
reviews and direct observations. Input is typically obtained from
customers, suppliers, staff and other key stakeholders.
The input gathered can include
identification of key issues, disconnects, customer dissatisfaction and
organizational blind spots as well as suggestions for improvement.

The assessments culminate in a visual report showing
